What’s covered

All products include a 12-month warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects and failures under normal use. Some products carry a longer manufacturer warranty, shown on the product page.

What’s not covered

• Accidental damage (drops, liquid, cracked screens).
• Normal wear such as scratches or battery capacity loss over time.
• Repairs or modifications by third parties.
• Lost items.

How to make a claim

• Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form with your order number and a short description or video of the problem.
• Bring or send the product to our Paramaribo store.
• We repair, replace or refund the product, usually within 7 business days.
