What we collect
- Order data: name, email, phone, delivery address, items and payment method.
- Account data: your email address if you sign in.
- Newsletter: your email and consent, only after you confirm.
- Messages you send us via the contact form or WhatsApp.
- Analytics: anonymous usage statistics, only if you allow them.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order and provide warranty support (contract).
- To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To send the newsletter you asked for (consent, withdraw anytime).
- To improve the website with aggregated statistics (consent).
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the payment.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run the shop: hosting (Vercel), database hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe) and, if you consent, analytics. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax purposes (currently 7 years) and then deleted. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe. Accounts can be deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion using our data request form. We respond within 30 days.
