Delivery options
- Pickup in store (Paramaribo): free, usually ready within 24 hours.
- Local delivery in Paramaribo: $5.00, free on orders over $100. 1–2 business days.
- Nationwide delivery: $12.00, free on orders over $250. 2–5 business days.
Same-day dispatch
Orders paid before 14:00 (Mon–Fri) or 12:00 (Sat) leave our store the same day. Bank-transfer orders ship once the payment is received.
Returns within 14 days
Changed your mind? Return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us first with your order number so we can arrange the return.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Delivery costs are refunded only if the product was faulty or we made a mistake.
Not eligible for return
- Opened in-ear products (earbuds, ear tips) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Products damaged by misuse.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or wrong item?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it at no cost.
