1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price error occurred; you will be refunded in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes. SRD amounts are estimates for convenience. Payment is by card (Stripe), bank transfer within 48 hours, or on pickup/delivery where offered. Unpaid bank-transfer orders are cancelled after 48 hours.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery or pickup. Check your package on arrival and report visible damage within 48 hours.
4. Returns
You may return unused products within 14 days as described on our Shipping & Returns page.
5. Warranty
Products carry a 12-month warranty as described on our Warranty page. This does not limit your statutory rights.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Suriname.
